Delivery is made via Fed Ex or Registered Mail which should arrive next working day following despatch.
We currently only deliver within Ireland, U.K, Europe and U.S.A.
We will only deliver to the billing address registered to the card with which payment is made.
The parcel must be signed for on receipt and this will be used as proof of delivery.
If someone without authority signs for your delivery at the address given by you it will not be the responsibility of A.Hartmann & Son Ltd.
As items require a signature on delivery, if you should not be available to do this and they are returned to a Fed Ex depot it becomes your responsibility to make arrangements to collect them.
There is a standard delivery charge of €10.00 on all purchases under €100. Purchases over €100 are delivered Free of Charge.
Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted by ourselves.
We will endeavour to despatch items within five working days of the order being placed but cannot be held liable for late delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Whilst every effort is made to maintain stock quantities accurately there may be occasion where this system fails and if for any reason this occurs and we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you as soon as we become aware of this and provide you with a full refund.
All jewellery is despatched in a gift box but NOT gift wrapped. This allows the purchaser to check the items before presenting them as a gift, whilst still coming nicely presented without the need to wrap on receipt.
